Grinfi Personal Account Settings (Profile Details)

The Settings section lets you manage basic profile information, configure workspaces, and manage subscriptions. How to open settings To open the settings page, click the icon with your initials at the very bottom of the left sidebar and select the Settings section. This is your personal space that gathers the key information about you as a platform user. Profile Details tab In this section, you can update your personal and contact details that the system uses. You can change or add the following information: - First name / Last name: Your first and last name. - Company: Your company name. - Job title: Your position. - Phone number: Your contact phone number. - Time zone: Your current time zone. This is an important setting, because it can affect how time is displayed in the system (for example, when creating manual tasks). This section also contains two important buttons for your account security: - Change email: Lets you change the email address your Grinfi account is registered to. - Change password: Lets you update your current password for logging in to the system. Other tabs in the Settings section In the left navigation panel of the Settings section (Personal settings), two more tabs are available for management: Teams Management: This section shows all the workspaces/teams you have access to or that you created. You can see which of them are active and switch between them quickly. Billing & Subscriptions: This tab is for managing your pricing plan. Subscription Management

In the Subscriptions section, you can view the current status of your plan, keep track of upcoming charge dates, and manage the number of Seats and your billing details. How to open subscription settings To open the settings page, click the icon with your initials at the very bottom of the left sidebar and select the Subscriptions section. Current subscription overview The main screen of the section displays the Your Subscription card, which contains all the key information about your current billing status: - Status: The current state of the subscription (for example, Active, Past due, etc). - Plan: The name of your active pricing plan. - Seats: The number of paid Seats. - Billing: Your billing cycle (monthly, every six months, annually). - Next payment: The amount and exact date of your next automatic payment. - Billing email: The partially hidden email address of the payer. How to make changes to your subscription For security reasons, financial management is handled through a secure billing portal (Stripe). To make changes to your subscription: 1. Click the green Manage Subscription button. 2. The system automatically sends an email to your Billing email. 3. Open your inbox, find the email from the payment system, and follow the secure link to log in to the billing portal. 4. In the portal, you can change your pricing plan, increase or decrease the number of Seats, update your bank card details, or cancel your subscription entirely. If you want to review the available plans without going to the billing portal, click the View pricing plans link. Payment, upgrade and cancellation policy Before making changes to your plan, please review the basic billing rules in the system: Upgrade If you upgrade (move to a more expensive plan, or add new Seats, new technical capabilities, etc), the changes are applied in the system immediately after a successful payment. The system automatically calculates the price difference and charges your card only for the actual time you use the new plan until the end of the current billing period. Downgrade and subscription cancellation - The system does not provide refunds for periods that have already been paid for. - If you decide to downgrade (move to a cheaper plan or reduce the number of paid seats) or cancel your subscription entirely, these changes only take effect from the start of the next billing period. - If you cancel your subscription, your account will not be restricted or blocked right away. You and your team will keep full access to the workspace and to all the features of your current plan until the paid period ends.

Grinfi Pricing Plans Overview

The Grinfi platform offers three main pricing plans designed for different team needs: Send, Enrich, and Scale. They differ in the number of channels you can connect and the volume of system credits. What a Seat is The key concept in Grinfi pricing is a Seat. In practice, one Seat equals one Sender Profile, but what it includes depends on the plan you choose: - Send plan: 1 Seat lets you connect only 1 LinkedIn profile. - Enrich plan: 1 Seat lets you connect 1 LinkedIn profile + up to 3 email accounts. - Scale plan: 1 Seat lets you connect 1 LinkedIn profile + up to 20 email accounts at the same time. 🟡 Note: Different billing cycles are available in the system (monthly, every six months, yearly) - longer periods come with additional discounts. Progressive discount scale Grinfi uses progressive pricing: the more Seats you buy for your team, the lower the cost of each one becomes. Discounts are applied automatically depending on which range (Tier) your number of senders falls into. The table below shows the base price per 1 Seat with monthly billing: | Tier / Plan (Cost per seat) | Send | Enrich | Scale | | --------------------------- | ---- | ------ | ----- | | 1 seat | €69 | €89 | €119 | | 2-4 seats | €49 | €69 | €99 | | 5-9 seats | €39 | €49 | €69 | | 10-19 seats | €29 | €39 | €49 | | 20-49 seats | €25 | €35 | €45 | | 50+ seats | €19 | €29 | €39 | To find out the exact cost for your team, including all discounts, go to the Pricing page on our website via this link. Enter the number of Seats you need in the calculator, choose a billing cycle - the system will automatically calculate the final amount for each plan. System credits Each pricing plan includes a certain set of system credits for using additional platform tools. 🟡 How credits are allocated: All base limits in the pricing are given per 1 Seat. The total credit balance of your workspace scales proportionally with the number of purchased Seats. For example: if the Enrich plan's base limit includes 500 Enrich credits per 1 Seat, then by buying 3 Seats you get a total limit of 1,500 credits for the whole team per month. What credits are used for: - LLM Credits: Spent on generating texts with artificial intelligence (you'll find detailed information about AI features in the articles [AI Variables: Creation and Usage], [AI Templates: Creation and Usage]). - Enrich Credits: Used for instant, out-of-turn updates of contact data (read more about how this works in the article [Advanced Enrichment: How to Use]). - Email Finder: Spent on the system search for a specific contact's email address. - Email Validate: Spent on checking and validating a found email address for how current and reachable it is. Base credit allocation (per 1 Seat) by plan: | Credit type | Send plan | Enrich plan | Scale plan | | ------------------ | --------- | ----------- | ---------- | | LLM Credits | 10 | 1,000 | 2,000 | | Enrich Credits | 10 | 500 | 1,000 | | Email Finder | 10 | 10 | 500 | | Email Validate | 10 | 10 | 500 | Free Trial terms To let you explore Grinfi capabilities, we provide a 7-day free trial. To start it, you don't need approval from our team or a credit card - just sign up in the system, and the Trial activates automatically. Trial limits and capabilities: - Seats: During the trial period, you can create up to 10 Seats (sender profiles) for free. Each connected Seat has the format: 1 LinkedIn profile + up to 3 email accounts. - Credit balance: Please note that unlike paid plans, credits during the Trial are granted to the entire workspace as a whole, rather than multiplied by each Seat. For all 7 days, your team gets in total: - 10 000 LLM Credits - 100 Enrich Credits - 50 Email Finder Credits
